Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy

TS CORP ("we," "us," "our") operates wearcurves.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit or purchase from our website. "Personal data" means any information that can be used to identify you personally.

The data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is TS CORP, reachable at support@wearcurves.com.

For security, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 When You Browse Our Website

When you visit our site without registering or making a purchase, we collect only the data your browser automatically transmits to our server ("server log files") necessary to display the site:

  • Visited website and pages
  • Date and time of access
  • Volume of data transferred (bytes)
  • Referring source / URL
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • IP address (anonymised where applicable)

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of the website. This data is not passed on or used for any other purpose. We reserve the right to review log files retrospectively if there is concrete evidence of unlawful use.

2.2 When You Create an Account or Place an Order

When you open a customer account or place an order, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, delivery address, and payment details) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to fulfil our contractual obligations. Required fields are indicated in the relevant forms.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@wearcurves.com. After the contract is fully executed or your account is deleted, your data will be retained only for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law, and deleted thereafter — unless you have consented to further use or we are legally entitled to retain it.

2.3 When You Contact Us

When you contact us by email or contact form, we collect the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and for related administrative purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your request) or, if your enquiry relates to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data is deleted once your request has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfil your orders, including payment processing and delivery
  • To manage your customer account
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional communications
  • To send you marketing communications where you have opted in or are an existing customer (see Section 4)
  • To improve the performance and user experience of our website
  • To comply with our legal obligations

You may review or update your personal information at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at support@wearcurves.com.

4. Marketing & Newsletter

4.1 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you regular updates about our products and offers. Only your email address is required; any additional data is optional and used solely to personalise communications.

We use a double opt-in process: after submitting your email, you will receive a confirmation email and must click the link to activate your subscription. By doing so, you consent to receiving our newsletter under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We log your IP address and the date and time of subscription to prevent misuse.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by emailing support@wearcurves.com. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be promptly removed from our mailing list.

4.2 Marketing to Existing Customers

If you have made a purchase with us, we may send you offers for similar products based on our legitimate interest in direct marketing under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this at any time by contacting support@wearcurves.com.

5. Cookies

We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to make our website function correctly and to improve your experience.

  • Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device so we or our partners can recognise your browser on future visits.

Cookies may collect data such as browser type, location, and IP address. Where cookies process personal data, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functional, user-friendly website).

We may also work with advertising partners whose cookies are placed on your device when you visit our site (third-party cookies). You will be informed of any such partnerships where required.

Most browsers allow you to be notified when cookies are set, to accept or decline cookies individually, or to block cookies entirely. Please refer to your browser's help section for instructions. Note that disabling cookies may limit certain features of our website.

6. Order Processing & Payment Providers

To fulfil your order, we share your personal data with our delivery partners (name and delivery address only) and payment providers (payment data only), strictly to the extent necessary, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Our store checkout is powered by Shopify Inc., which processes payment data on our behalf in a secure, PCI-compliant environment. Payment card data is never stored on our own servers. For details on Shopify's data practices, see shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Shopify Payments

Shopify Payments is operated by Shopify Inc. (or its local affiliate, Shopify Payments (Europe) Ltd). It accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other card schemes available in your region. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Shopify's secure servers and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

PayPal

PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you choose to pay via PayPal, your payment details are transmitted directly to PayPal and processed under their terms. For certain payment methods, PayPal may conduct a credit assessment. For details, see PayPal's Privacy Policy at paypal.com/privacy.

7. Online Marketing & Analytics

7.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled ("anonymizeIp()"), which truncates your IP address within the EU/EEA before any processing. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in analysing website usage to improve our service). You may opt out by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7.2 Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to users who have previously visited our site. Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where required, or our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/settings/ads.

7.3 Google Ads

We use Google Ads for conversion tracking and remarketing. Cookies used for this purpose expire after 30 days and do not personally identify you. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may opt out via Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

8. Review Requests

With your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we may send you a one-time email after your purchase inviting you to leave a product review. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing support@wearcurves.com.

9. Social Media

Our website includes links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). No data is transmitted to these platforms until you actively click a link. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply. Please refer to each platform's privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.

10. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy of it.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — to request deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18) — to request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — to withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) — to submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence or where the alleged violation occurred.

Right to object (Art. 21): Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where we process data for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time and we will stop processing for that purpose immediately.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law (e.g., commercial and tax retention obligations). Once the applicable retention period has expired, your data is routinely deleted unless it remains necessary for the performance or initiation of a contract, or we have a legitimate interest in continued storage.
