Refund & Exchange Policy
At Curves, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't quite right, we want to make things right, and we want the process to feel simple and fair from start to finish. Please take a moment to read through this policy before reaching out to our team.
This policy applies to all purchases made through wearcurves.com.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
- Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any signs of wear or alteration
- In their original packaging with all tags still attached
- Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase
- Bundles must be returned in full. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately — all pieces must come back together.
What's Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout
- Discount codes, coupons, or promotional reductions — these cannot be reimbursed or reused, including on orders that receive a partial refund
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items sent back without prior approval from our team
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items missing tags or original packaging
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items — such as swimwear, panties — may not be eligible for return regardless of condition. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to our team before initiating a return.
2. Return Options
Once our team has reviewed and approved your request, you get to choose how you'd like to move forward. We offer two paths:
- Keep the item and receive a partial refund. If you'd rather not go through the process of shipping something back, we can offer you a partial refund of between 15% and 50% of the product price. The amount is assessed by our support team based on your specific situation. No return shipping required.
- Return the item and receive a full refund. If you'd prefer a full refund, you can send the item back to our warehouse and we will refund the full product price once it has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are your responsibility - please see the section below for details.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not offer free returns. Since all returns travel back to our international returns facility located in China, shipping costs can range from $20 to $80 USD depending on your location, the carrier you choose, and the weight of your package. We recommend comparing options before you ship.
3. How to Start a Return
Please do not send anything back before hearing from us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed and may not be eligible for a refund.
- Reach out to our team. Email us at support@wearcurves.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, your reason, and clear photos of each item.
- We'll get back to you. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we'll confirm your options and send you everything you need, including the return address.
- Ship your return. If you've chosen the full refund option, pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them within 14 days of approval. We strongly recommend a trackable method and ask that you share your tracking number with us once it's on its way.
Take a photo before you seal the box. Before closing your package, please take a clear photo of all items inside and send it to support@wearcurves.com. This helps us verify your return and process your refund without delays.
4. Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered — we're sorry, and we'll take care of it. Please contact us at support@wearcurves.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll offer you a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, and we'll cover any return shipping if the item needs to come back to us.
5. Processing Your Refund
For partial refunds, once your request is approved, the amount will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — no return needed.
For full refunds, once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
